The Natural Habitat
 

Allerona is a hill town in the South-West of Umbria. It looks out over a national park, which includes various conservation areas (the Meana-Allerona, and the Melonta-S. Venanzo forests).
The park also houses the Villa Cahen, a beautiful art Noveau-style villa, which also boasts a beautiful italian-style garden.

The Villalba Park is a green oasis, situated as it is in the middle of some
20 hectares Forests, dotted with picnic areas. The local flora is varied: maple, ash, fraxinella, beech, and many species of wild roses and orchids, are all found here; and the fauna include wild boar, deer and roe deer.
